Save Me is the second poem shown to the player by Monika. Some have interpreted this poem to represent how it feels for the game to be closed as described by Monika in Act 3. Red, green, and blue are the three primary colors of light, frequently used in computer imagery to represent color. Sine, cosine, and tangent are references to how a computer generates sound; a sine wave is the simplest form of a pure note, and more complex sounds are generated out of the addition of many waveforms atop one another. The title "Save Me" and the final line "Load Me" are thought to represent the time period between when the player saves and quits the game and when they open and load the game.
